We offer assortments of freshly baked bagels, pastries and croissants for morning get-togethers, assortments of our freshly made sandwiches, salads and soups for lunchtime occasions, and assortments of our fabulous, freshly baked brownies and cookies for dessert.

- Our call center is open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
- After hours please leave a message and a representative will return your call the morning of the next business day.
- Our call center serves our 16 locations in Central and Eastern Iowa (click here for a list of locations)and can arrange delivery with at least 24 hours notice.
WHEN TO ORDER
By 9:30am for same-day lunches.
24-48 hours in advance for breakfasts and sweets, or if you need delivery.
Because we bake fresh everyday, we cannot guarantee your selection of breads and pastries for large orders placed less than 24 hours in advance.

Our Via Panera locations offer delivery, please ask for details.

On-line orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. More if you need delivery or want specific breads or pastries.
DELIVERY
We offer delivery through our on-line ordering. Please indicate "delivery" when checking out, and one of our catering representatives will call you to arrange the details. Our representative will confirm delivery service.
REWARDS PROGRAM
Orders placed 24 hours in advance or more are eligible for our rewards program. You'll receive 5% of your order back in Panera Bread gift certificates.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Your order will not be "official" until it is confirmed either by a phone call or e-mail from one of our catering representatives.
2. On-line orders placed after 5pm will not be checked until 8am the next business day. Orders placed after 5pm cannot be forwarded to a bakery-cafe until they are confirmed by a catering representative the next business day.
