To the beans add the next three ingredients and cook or stove top on in microwave
until hot and bubbly. Cover and keep hot. Cook bacon until crisp and set
aside. Place four
slices of bread under the broiler until brown on one side. Turn bread and
broil opposite side. Top each sliced of bread with approximately 1/4 cup
of the prepared beans (use a slotted spoon to eliminate too much juice).
Place two slices of bacon crosswise on each bread slice; top with cheese
and continue to broil until cheese melts. Garnish with a pickle slice and
a cherry tomato. Serve with a knife and fork!
