Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Combine milk and eggs ingredients in mixing bowl.
Peel and puree persimmons then add to liquid ingredients. Add in melted butter
and sugar along with the spices. Sprinkle the apples, raisins and nuts on
top of the cut bagels in a 9 x 11 greased pan. Pour liquid mixture on
top of the bagels. Bake for 30 minutes.
