Chocolate French Toast Squares

Beat eggs and milk until smooth. Dip 4 slices of bread to completely cover them. Melt 4 tablespoons of margarine in large skillet. Brown bread on both sides and remove from skillet. Repeat process with remaining 4 slices of bread. In a medium bowl place ricotta cheese, spices, sugar and melted chocolate. Beat with mixer until smooth. Spread mixture over 4 slices of bread and then place 4 slices of bread on top. Slice each sandwich into fourths and sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar, cinnamon and almonds.
